THE THRILL OF IT
I love to work with wood. There is something so preoccupying about the hands on, mechanical, mathematical and engineering aspects of putting pieces of wood together to make something. The more “artsy” pieces are a fusion of function and form, of geometric and organic shapes--often with inclusions of glass, rock or metal. I try to use native hardwoods as much as possible.
